Elevate Your Surfing:
Mentoring & Performance Support

Starting as a Foundation Surf Coach (formerly Level 1) in 2008, she went on to gain her Progressive Surf Coach (formerly Level 2) accreditation and has worked with local surf schools, Surfing Australia’s High Performance Centre, Surfing NSW junior teams, and as the 2022 Head Coach of the Irukandjis Australian Para Surfing Team. Having also competed at a state, national, and international level, and managed state and national squads, Britt understands the journey from both sides of the fence.

Britt offers personalised surf mentoring for recreational and competitive surfers, with sessions tailored to individual goals and delivered in person or online. Sessions can include in-water support, sand-based support, video analysis, or competition preparation and support. Additionally, Britt also offers content capture (videography/photography) as a standalone service for surfers who simply just want content of them ripping!

Storytelling: Digital Media & Communications

Britt’s love for digital media began long before it became part of her career. As a teen, she found connection and creativity through shooting photos and editing surf clips. It was a passion that grew into studying multimedia at High School; graphic design, film, editing, and animation at TAFE; and completing a Digital Media and Communications degree at Southern Cross University.

She’s built a versatile creative toolkit spanning photography, videography, branding, websites, social media, podcasting, voiceovers, commentary, writing, and proofreading. Whether it’s capturing the raw emotion of a moment behind the lens, helping someone share their journey, supporting an organisation to connect with its audience, or crafting and refining words that resonate, Britt approaches every project with creativity, passion, and an eye for detail.

Organisational Support:
Coordination & Administration

Britt’s journey in project management and administration started with a Certificate III in Business Administration in 2013, laying solid foundations for roles across hospitality, business, and sporting organisations. Her background in digital media and communications adds another layer of strength, giving her an edge with written and verbal communication, creativity, and attention to detail. Combined with her experience as an athlete, coach, and coordinator, she understands how to work with diverse teams, juggle competing priorities, and deliver outcomes with both passion and professionalism.

From 2018 to 2020, Britt worked full-time with Surfing NSW, contributing across multiple areas including events, education, community, participation, and high performance. She has also supported Surfing Australia with community and participation initiatives, as well as high-performance camps and competition coordination. Britt maintains strong professional relationships and continues to support organisations to deliver meaningful outcomes as an independent contractor.
